this issue has been recently been happening for a while to my S/o's PC and it's getting close to being at wits end. sometimes the whole pc freezes, and sometimes comes back, but other times it goes into black freezes, goes into black screen which basically shuts off the monitors, then rarely comes back on. genuinely unable to figure out if it's a software issue, or hardware issue. the graphics card has been recently swapped out, and has all it's drivers. the cables for the monitors have been reseated as well. only thing we haven't attempted yet was a clean install of windows 11 but kinda want to utilize that as a last resort. below is the link to the log files from recent stream that was done that the affliction happened.
