Question / Help Dual Stream Game, Different Networks

Hi, is there a way to do a 2 steam setup. In a way where I can have a freind stream at me on a different network about 2 miles away, this would allow me to have 2 streams being put into the internet and switched with a button, if this isn't possible I can find a different way, but any help is appreciated,
