I need pro help guys. i will be crazy. Im using 2 internet for zero lag. Im playing warzone always. i cannot solve this pixelling problem !

OBS Settings ;
CBR / 6000 Bitrate i can give 8000 but im not partner.
Keyframe = 2
CPU = Faster or Superfast no matter
Profile = High or Main no matter
x264 Options = 4
1600x900p / 60 FPS
Gaming pc 50 download 7 upload 5 ms ping
Streaming pc 100 download 10 upload 5 ms ping
