Solution 1: Using windows to clone the main display to the capture card. For some reason, this solution makes the refresh rate of my gaming monitor variable, changing and not stable. Unusable.
Solution 2: Cloning using NVIDIA control panel. I have an AMD card
Solution 3: Using obs to clone with "Fullscreen projector" This causes frame drops in many of my games
Solution 4: suici-
Can someone help me with this? I want to keep my 144hz

what capture card.
also the only sane solution ATM is using passtrough on the capturecard. so you need a card that can do 144passtrough in ur resolution.

clonming ios its own rabbit hole full of issues. yes obs projector can be worse
