Streaming PC:
i7-8700 gtx980 12gb
Gaming PC:
i5-10400f rtx2070s 16gb

I've tried at both x264 and NVidia at Encoder but still have the same problems. 6000-10000 bitrate still the same. Present x264 from veryfast to medium, NVi to Max Quality.
I used Avermedia gc553 capture card for dual PC. Anyone knows how to solve this? :(.
Images and logs here.

You're running 1080p60 on 6000kbps with x264 Veryfast encoding. You're absolutely going to have some artifacting going on, especially with any kind of high-motion video.

1080p60 'wants' 12000kbps for a 0.1bpp quality score, and you're giving it half of that.
Drop your framerate to 30fps.

Better yet, drop the 2PC setup entirely. It's pointless.
NVENC on your 2070 Super puts out video encoding on-par with x264 Slow, and will have zero impact on your in-game performance as long as you do NOT use the 'max quality' preset, 'lookahead', or 'psychovisual tuning' options.

Still going to get artifacting at 6000kbps though even with Turing NVENC, just a bit less.
You really need more bitrate, or less resolution and/or framerate, full stop.

Tks for the reply.
I've tried like u said and put the bitrate to 12000 but the livestream still got blurry from moving. I'm playing games like PUBG, Csgo,.. it's that because of those games? When i streaming at 12k bitrate, youtube recommended to stream at 4k5 i don't know why.
I want to stream dual pc because when i stream obs at 2070s, the taskmanager showing that obs takeabout 15%-20% power of the 2070s just let u know.
Here's logs and settings from obs
