Question / Help Dual PC Stream help Elgato

I just received my Elgato HD 60s in the mail and i'm trying to get this set up, i have 2 pc's one for gaming and one for streaming. In OBS i am not able to get a signal from my gaming pc monitor (which is 144hz and i want to keep 144hz). I have the HDMI IN on the Elgato plugged into my gaming pc hdmi and the HDMI OUTPUT to my gaming pc monitor, the usb is plugged into my stream PC.

alright i have video by setting the display to extended and cloning my first screen in Nvidia control panel but no audio
