Question / Help Dual PC setup w/USB mixer and condenser mic - signal interference on one PC but not the other

Behringer X1204USB is connected to one PC with aux send 1 going to the other's mic in port via a 1/4" TS to 3.5mm TRS mono interconnect cable and each PC has its respective HD400 Hum Destroyer before going into Line In 5/6 and Line In 7/8 on the mixer.

While the computer receiving the mixer's USB has pristine mic quality and is dead silent when I decide to be, I can see in the other's OBS that the signal has a constant Rice Crispies Snap Crack Pop soundtrack, voice is audible but annoying to listen to. When I initially put together this setup everything was fine, however after moving my setup to another room and few OS reinstalls this started being an issue at some point and came to my attention by surprise thanks to a good Samaritan in Apex Legends named something like XxRenegade_SniperxX who seemed somewhat upset that I sounded like garbage disposal with a fork in it, but brave enough to tell me.

The delicious cereal's soundtrack is still audible even after disconnecting the mic's XLR from the mixer so I'm glad I can eliminate the mic and its XLR cable, but I'm having a tough time troubleshooting the source of the interference. Bad interconnect cable? Damaged mic port? Disgruntled OP?

edit*: bad grammar just like my bad mic quality
