Hey everyone I've got a bit of an issue with OBS not sure if anyone knows any fixes and I've looked around the forum and can't figure out what to do here.
So basically I have a dual PC setup
Main PC specs

My OBS settings
are basically 720p60fps-cpupreset=veryfast-bitrate3500
I'll try to provide anymore info if needed here,
The stream runs great no lag on twitch or my end. Except the capturecard output stutters every 5-8 second intervals(1-3 frame lag/skips). But the thing is it only does this on OBS, and elgatos game capture software is just about perfectly smooth. I doubt this is a hardware issue since my PC's are pretty decent specs and the CPU usage seems to be fine along with temperatures, so I don't think its an encoding thing either. Really praying there's a secret in OBS that might be able to alleviate the issue.
I'll be sure to provide a log file and video recordings(or anything else that I could provide that could help) documenting the exact issue in the morning. I really hope someone out there would be really to help me troubleshoot this! Thanks for any future help
