Question / Help Dual PC / Elgato Capture Card used to connect both PC's

I have a streaming PC and a gaming PC and when I try to send my game capture to OBS on my streaming PC, the display will pop up sometimes. When it does pop up though, it keeps cutting out and I do not know how to fix this problem.
