I have a problem with my new capture card and studio. I can't stream @ 60 fps because even if i select that the video is choppy, it looks like 25/30 fps max. I am actually using an avermedia lgp lite and i know it can be used @ 60 fps when streaming 720p. The problem is only in obs, because using rec you can clearly see the 60 fps smoothness. Since i dont have any problem with the audio part (i am actually using the audio in out of my capture card but i am able to set voicemeeter banana as well) can someone tell me if there is a fix or i should simply change capture card? Because everything i did (setting the video @720p or using old drivers) didn't fix that, at least on obs. I can return this card and upgrade but i would avoid elgato, everyone i know has problems with them. Now, just remember I game in 1920x1080 and looks like obs doesn't like that (that's because of the 25/30 fps output).
I was thinking about a live gamer extreme or a razer ripsaw, i just need a confirmation that with one of these cards i'll be able to output 60 fps when streaming @720p while gaming in 1080p using obs studio. Thanks a lot :p
