I got a camera for a podcast i host. I plan on to stream to youtube for it but when i was testing the camera, there were visible pixels on the screen, like a fuzzy picture. I have my camera setting set at 4k 30 fps. Obs setting are at 1920x1080 30 fps. I tried 60 but did nothing. I'm just using a usb to C cable into my PC and using the canon eos utility app. Do i need to but a usb C to hdmi adapter t show better quality or get a mini capture card? Any help is appreciated! Thank you

RTFM on that Canon app... at least at one time, it specifically mentioned that is you wanted quality video to use HDMI capture instead.
- And depends on specific model camera... some only use USB2.0 speeds... though if current model and 4K... then probably USB3.x speed (5Gb/s at least)
- And then there are USB Root Hub considerations on your PC (different ports on PC can have different data paths... and that doesn't even account for possible USB Hub constraints, if using one)
- and then there is quality of USB cable itself
- and then there is whether your PC is powerful enough for real-time processing of 4K video

So... [sorry] it depends on more that what you have posted
