Question / Help Dropping/Skipping frames while recording

I am trying to record h1z1 for youtube but whenever I watch the playback its skipping and dropping frames

I have tried nearly every video/forum i have read and seen over the past month but it still happens. I'm not a big computer person so i really don't know much about them, but heres the log i saw your supposed to post it when asking for help

Change your encoder to quicksync or software low cpu use.
