Hi there, I'm having an issue where I am dropping around 12% of frames due to rendering lag even when I am not streaming. Simply capturing a game yields the same results. I have a decent 4ghz I7 processer and a 980ti so my PC can easily handle streaming such games at 720p30. I've tried window/monitor/game capture and it always has the same issue. My CPU and GPU usage are never high, usually between like 2-20% so idk how they could be having issues out of nowhere. This has been happening for a few days and I have no idea what has suddenly caused it. Here's some extra info -

Things I've tried - Restarting PC/restarting game/restarting OBS/changing OBS settings including switching to NVenc from x264 and changing CPU presets/giving OBS higher priority in task manager/updating GPU drivers.
Nothing has worked. I'll attach my log for the stream I clipped and mentioned earlier.
