Hey everyone, so I am wanting to record a high res version of my program to an Atamos Ninja. I can connect the Ninja to my Mac via HDMI through a USB C dongle. What happens though, is as soon as it is connected, I start dropping render frames big time.
A second scenario was connecting an external monitor to my OBS Mac which worked great, however the plan from there was to take the HDMI output from that monitor and loop it into my recorder....not that easy...because now the HDMI out goes black. I think it may have something to do with the HDMI "handshake" getting wigged out because of the split in the HDMI path so the HDCP compliance. functions are saying "nope!".
Tell me smart people of the OBS forums...what is going on and how can I fix it?!
