Question / Help Dropping massive frames! Help..

I've been streaming for quite some time now and everything has been fine but all of a sudden I started dropping a ton of frames. Can anyone help me out!

Yeah, someone broke something BADLY at either your ISP or one of the connected ISPs along the way to twitch.

Cox is garbage I have them too. I'd download the Twitch Server test application and run before you stream. What state are you in?
