the past week non stop ill be dropping frames. i already had my ISP come out and give me a new line and everything but when i go to stream using different servers to try every time doesn't solve the problem. i also tried using different bitrate and still doesn't fix the problem, im in just desperate need of help. i basically tried everything and still wont fix.
