Question / Help Dropping lot of FPS in World of Tanks

Hello,
I stream on twitch this game a lot (WoT) and I am having a problem with really low fps. When I turn on OBS and start streaming the frame rate dips to 40s. It doesnt matter if I change the assigment of cores in task manager or the priority of process.
I have done some testing and I can stress test all my cores in aida64 except for 1 and still play this game on 90+ fps. However I can replicate the same problem stressing CPU cache. So is there any way to limit the usage of cache in OBS or somehow improve my framerate?

Set your x264 profile back to veryfast for a start. Then try reducing FPS / resolution. You can't limit CPU cache use by a process other than by preventing code from running at all.

Thanks for your answer. However isnt there any other workaround? I dont want to sacrifice the quality of my stream. My goal was to stream 1080/60, thats why i changed from i7 to r7.
