Dropping kbit/s to 0 while streaming WoW

Hi! I recently started to stream WoW again and now I have the problem that occasionally my OBS kbit/s drop to 0 resulting in a 2-6 second freeze ingame which usually means my death. I can not figure out what leads to this.
The logs state that Game DVR is on, but it is not.

Please help.

I was curious if this only happens when streaming World of Warcraft so I tried it with League of Legends aswell. Turns out the exact same thing happens in League. Hope that information has some value.
