I used the TCPOptimizer an then ran the Twitch Bandwidth tester. The TCPOptimizer worked!
Yesterday on the left and today on the right

looks like your bandwidth is find again checking the log as its has now errors in it for that The log is showing some minor
06:59:42.560: Output 'adv_stream': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 2 (0.0%) but shouldn't be noticeable. if it becomes a problem repost log.

Probably just some high spike in CPU load, I wouldn't worry to much on this as overall its a micro % but worth keeping an eye on it. the 6700k should be ok to run at your settings. You could look at two ways to tweak and compare the results,

1. lower the cpu preset from veryfast to superfast using 720 @ 60fps
2. drop from 720p @ 60fps to 720P @ 30fps using cpu preset veryfast

One thing to note is you aren't providing enough bitrate at 1800 to streaming 720p @ 60fps, well not if its high motion, so worth droping to 30fps or going to 3000 if you have the upload and want to keep the 60fps.

Some other things to note is you also streamed at 720p 30fps with superfast preset and this also shows some micro lags also

06:38:21.731: Output 'adv_stream': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 7 (0.1%)

so for now just keep and eye on the lags and blame it on a glitch in the matrix.

Hi,

this one is different tonight you are having bandwidth issues

17:47:11.339: Output 'adv_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 445 (11.8%)

few things to try,

1. check your upload is enough to stream at 1800 bitrate so a min of 2.4mb is required.
2. run a twitch bandwidth test with 64 tcp and 30 secs duration as the presets, Ensure the ingress server is 80 quality or above that you are streaming to, 100 being the best the closer the better to this.
3. your ISP wasn't having any issues during this period as twitch can be sensitive to packet loss.
