dropping frames

hi recently ive started dropping frames very quickly on obs making my streams unwatchable, ive been streaming for the past year and a half with the same settings and i havent had this issue at all until recently, no settings have been changed and the issue just randomly started, heres my log file if anyone can help i'd really appreciate it

Dropped frames are ALWAYS a connection issue.
The Fun(tm) part about the internet is that 95% of your connection to any given server is entirely out of your control, and can go from perfect to awful with zero changes being made on your end.

As it appears you're streaming to Twitch, you can use R1ch's Twitch Test tool to check the speed and quality of your connection to each ingest server, with actual results. You want a Quality score of 100.
