Dropping Frames

Hi, when i record 120 - 144 - 240 - 360

The fps keeps dropping to a random amount, and makes the video laggy.

I5 9600k
16 GB RAM
375/50 Ethernet
Tried on 1000/100 nothing changes.
I even tried on my old computer with 1050, i3 & 8 gb, there weren't any fps drops there.

I've watched guides, turned down bitrate.
Ive done everything.

I've read the pinned post, and followed the steps, didn't work so posted this.

+1 , been there tried everything same results random drops through out videos even when just testing with stream recorder

So i fixed this, 1st thing i did was changing CBR TO 20 CQP, then I runned OBS as an administrator and now its fixed

Im still gettings frame drop, but thats only when my cpu goes higher then 7,5%
