I streamed for a while back in September, but stopped around the middle of November and now I'm trying to get back into it, but I'm constantly dropping frames and I'm sure that it's not my computer nor my connection that's the problem. I've contacted my internet provider multiple times about this issue and they're sure that it's not my upload speed that's the problem. Whenever I do a speed test I get 10mbps and high upload speed. Please help!
