I stream on a macbook pro 2017, and i stream on 720, 30fps... i used to be able to stream perfectly with no lag but about a month ago i switched up the settings to try to stream at 1080p, and it was too laggy so i switched back, but the lag remains. the cpu % never goes over 30%, but the frames go down to 15 and even 10fps. idk if something is overloading the obs or what is going on. I attatched the log. Thanks in advance for any help.
