So here am I trying to stream after making up to 100+ test streams on different websites like twitch/youtube and now dlive and still I am dropping frames.

log URL https://obsproject.com/logs/tIF7WDKr5jOINQar
testing my internet though cmd and there is no dropping internet like on obs http://prntscr.com/nbpu9b
my router https://www.tp-link.com/in/home-networking/wifi-router/archer-c50/
some Q/A that you might ask me.
Am I connected to Wi-Fi?
- No, I am not I am using a cable from the router straight to my PC.
Have I tried lowering the obs settings?
-I've tried lowering bitrate from 6000 to 2500 still I drop frames, I've switched from GPU to CPU every single option that I know I've tried
Have I tried using streamlabs?
Yes, I have and the CPU is a lot higher on that so I switched back to obs studio.
Have I tried changing FPS?
I tried to stream 720p 30fps then 720p 60fps and still dropping frames.I've also capped my game fps to 60fps
Have I watched some youtube tutorials?
-I've watched at least 20 videos about dropping frames and setting up OBS
I even watched my own video that I recorded in 2017 back when I was streaming but still dropping frames lol
How long have I been trying to fix this
at least 30 days
Have I called my ISP ?
I have they don't know shit they said everything is fine blah blah blah nothing like I didn't even called.
But I am not a guy who is going to give up even if you guys cant help me I will still try to find something else to fix my problem
