Dropping Frames while recording Minecraft at 1080p60fps

I am recording minecraft at 1080p60fps and whenever I try the recording drops a lot of frames. I get like 1000fps in game and my pc specs are:
Ryzen 5 3600
Radeon RX580 8GB
Gigaybyte b450M
450W EVGA psu
1TB of HHD space and 500Gb ssd space

1. Run OBS as Admin. Right-click on shortcut, properties, advanced, check box, ok, apply, ok
2. Display and Game Capture Sources interfere with each other. Never put them in the same scene (Game Streaming, Game Recording and Recording Keyboard And Mouse Sounds).
3. Please be aware that having the YUV Color range set to "Full" will cause playback issues in certain browsers and on various video platforms. Shadows, highlights and color will look off. In OBS, go to "Settings -> Advanced" and set "YUV Color Range" back to "Partial".
