Question / Help Dropping frames when streaming to youtube. Twitch works fine

So i've been having problems with the youtube livestream feature cause i keep dropping frames but today i streamed on twitch and did not have a single frame dropped.

I just recently starting having the exact same issue. I've been streaming to perfectly fine for months but now I'm having this issue. Like you it only happens when streaming to YouTube. Twitch is fine. It seems the connection speed keeps dropping at random. Not sure if this is a problem with YouTube or OBS.
