Dropping Frames when live streaming to YouTube

Hello,

I'm just trying to work out the issue with my OBS dropping lots of frames when streaming, anyone got any ideas why out of nowhere it's dropping frames and being super inconsistent (I think I have attached an example log)? Only started on Saturday. I haven't changed any settings, internet connection seems to be absolutely fine - usually drop 0 frames and sit around 2600-2900 kbps. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

clearly you do Have a network problem
18:41:45.640: Output 'adv_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 7843 (19.8%)

real time monitoring of hardware resource utilization on your system as well as on your LAN/router would be a good starting point.
There are LOTS of possibilities for causing contention... no way to tell from your log (but the HUGE amount of device and other errors can't be helping).
And when just Recording (not streaming), how is system CPU utilization? .. not the one reported in OBS Stats... that one is sort of useless, imo
