My stream was great, and then one day recently I just started dropping frames. I've tried dropping the bitrate (to 1000 even), changing servers (tried NY), everything I can think of. I'm dropping frames for about 20% of all my streams consistently. I'm just going to dump a bunch of info here and see if this can be helped.
Ran a speedtest and it said 90 down 10 up.
