Intro:
Looking for some help, I'm seriously out of ideas and I don't understand what's going on.
I have tried the solutions given in the sticky thread for dropping frames. Google and browsing this forum/Reddit hasn't helped to find the answer. That's why I am making this thread.
Situation:
Despite my good connection and good pc, I can not stream at a stable bitrate and I'm dropping a lot of frames. My bitrate seems to fluctuate like crazy. I'm talking at least 5% dropped frames in 6+ hour long streams, that's roughly 50k dropped frames.
I ran Twitch Tester to look for optimal servers and applied the recommended settings from the OBS Auto Configuration wizard. Tried switching bit rates and servers constantly, updated my drivers and enabled QoS in my router. Excluded OBS in my anti-virus. I tried different capture modes, resolutions, encoders. I contacted my ISP to discuss this and they didn't have anything special to tell me regarding my connection. I got a new modem, expensive router and expensive 1,2GB Powerline(not using WiFi) which I use for my connection. Changing all that stuff didn't result in major improvements.
Speedtest results(yes I am aware this doesn't mean much):
I fully believe somebody here can take a look at my log file(6+ hour stream example of my "normal" streaming scenario) and see what's going on, I really don't know what else to do at this point and would very much like to hear your opinions.

- 6k bitrate
- 720p60 output on stream
- mode -> capture specific window
- window -> the game itself
- window match priority -> match title, otherwise find window of same executable
- no additional tickboxes checked
- Intel i7-6700k @ 4ghz
