Ok, so I stream on Twitch and for the last couple months, I've been having issues with my stream dropping frames. I can see OBS drop my bitrate to 0 or the lower hundreds, and watching my stream, i'll see it freeze, but its only the video, the audio keeps going normally. Also, my own gameplay on my monitor doesn't freeze at all, its only what viewers are seeing on stream. I've tried lowering my bitrate, changing my server, checking my internet/modem/router, lowering my frames from 60 to 30... I've tried just about everything i can think of and nothing seems to help and no one has had definite answers for me. I will post my log file from my last stream, if that helps.
