Bug Report Dropping frames on Twitch but not in OBS Studio

Hey guys,

since the problem is kinda weird I wasn't sure where to post it. I'm using OBS Studio to stream on Twitch. In OBS Studio it says I have 0 frames dropped after multiple hours of streaming and my CPU Usage is never over 30% since OBS Studio only take like 9-10% with my current settings. But for some reason my Stream on Twitch is lagging like there's no tomorrow and if I view the "video stats" on Twitch it skips hundreds of frames in a couple of seconds. It does not skip frames for me if I watch other persons streams.

I also already streamed with 1080p/60FPS and a 3500 bitrate with a Encoder Preset on medium and also had 0 frame drops in OBS Studio but a ton on Twitch.

Here's a Log

Little Hotfix: It seems like setting the FPS to 30 "solved" the problem. I'd still like to stream in 60FPS

Try different speed test sites like testmy.net and speedof.me
Also, have you run any of the twitch server tests that will show you which server is the best for you to use?
Do you have anything on your network that might be cutting into your upload speed as well?

I made this speedtest while streaming.

I don't think it's my connection because I don't have high ms while streaming and since I'm wired I don't have packet loss and I also don't have this problem watching other streams. I also tried different Twitch Server in my region but so far nothing helped.

If OBS isn't reporting dropped frames then you aren't dropping frames. The log also shows no dropped frames. If you go back and watch the VOD does it look alright? You might just be experiencing playback buffering.

It's skipping frames on Twitch and not buffering.

Does it happen when you play back the corresponding VOD? What about when you make a local recording with the same settings?
