Hey guys, sorry to bother but this is kind of my last resort. For about a week now, I have been dropping frames like crazy immediately when I start streaming. I contact my ISP and they reset the router, all gateways, UPNP, everything they could have done. My speeds are fine all the time even when I start a stream and am dropping frames I do a speed test and still get 600 down and 300 up.
Normally, before this started I was able to have a bitrate of 5000, stream in 1080p and 60 fps. Now, it is struggling to do 720p, 30fps, and 2500 bitrate. I have tried changing my server to different servers that should provide a better connection but that didn't work. I tried dynamically changing the bit rate option and that just made it a pixel mess. I also saw that some people rolled back updates so I rolled back my version to 27.2.3 but the issue still happened. This just started out of the blue and I really do not know what else to do. Any help would be really appreciated :)
