Question / Help Dropping frames for no reason...

So I have pretty good internet and I usually stream at 3500 kbps with no problem. But for whatever reason the other day when I went to stream i kept dropping frames. I have tried changing servers but that didn't work, obviously I have been lowering the bitrate but I still drop frames at 1500 kbps. I will not stream below 1500 kbps because of the quality. The resolution I stream at is 720p 60fps. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! <3

i have the same problem bro,i stream now on youtube and i don't play any game right now and drop frames are going up and going up... for no reason...i try many settings for livestream and idk man,anybody don't want to help me :( .bro if i fix the problem i will contact you here or send you a PM,pls if you fix it before,pls pm me .
