Only what i have is 1 scene and PUBG (not turned on and still dropping frames ) which i'm sending to 2nd PC with NDI OBS plugin and it still dropping frames, when i turn on PUBG and stream it drop frames 1,3%
I had same configuration and this wasnt happening, IDK wtf?!

its not annoying to me, but its laggy when u watch the stream, in OBS my cpu usage is around 2-5% and its pretty ok when i play but i dont understand why it drop frames and feels laggy on stream.. -.^
