For the last couple days I've been losing frames and getting the encoding overload error. I've changed to 720p, Run OBS as Admin, Changed my profile from High to Main, tried High Process Priority, nothing's changed, I haven't updated any drivers or my PC.

i finally got around to doing it, i even reinstalled obs and I havent seen encoding overload but theres still lagged frames
