Hey there. I am having issues for months where I keep dropping frames even tho my speedtest says that the connection is fine. I called my provider and all they said is that there is nothing they can do since my speedtest values look fine. On paper they are but when streaming I have obvious issues. I set my bitrate at 3.5k. According to my contract I should get up to 50k. Weird that sometimes it can't even handle less than 10% of the value I should get.
On some days it works just fine, dropping very few frames over the course of like 3h streaming. No big deal. But then again I have those days where its just a slideshow of pictures for a few seconds :/
I am having these issues when I am connected via WiFi and ethernet cable.
When testing my connection to the different servers using twitch tester I get most of them with a Quality of 0, despite having good bandwith values.
Apparently I am having huge package losses. So my question now is what can I possibly do if my provider really is not at fault here?
