I built a very solid, brand new, streaming PC a few months ago. I have streamed every single day with it since I built it, with absolutely no issues. I have a strong internet connection (500 mbps download & 20 mbps upload). I have never has any issues with my stream connectivity. This morning I tried to stream and as soon as I started my stream, the connectivity status square immediately went from green to red, and I started dropping continuous frames. Everything else seems fine with my internet (Netflix, YouTube, online gaming, etc), except OBS. Also, when I was in discord I noticed my connectivity bars beside my name dropped to a 1 bar and 2 bar a couple of times.
I called my ISP (Rogers) and they were able to send a technician to my house a couple hours ago. He said he noticed (and fixed) a few issues with my internet, then re-tested everything and said my internet was fine. However, I still can't stream at all without going to a red bar and dropping frames non-stop.
I am confused because everything else is perfectly fine internet wise, expect OBS & Discord.
Does anybody know what is going on?
I attached a couple of photos to better explain what I'm seeing, as well as a Twitch Test.
Thank you in advance for any help.
