So I decided to start streaming call of duty through obs. I have roughly 100 down and 11-15 up (depending on what site I use for the speed test)
I also have a fairly good computer
Specs: cpu intel core i7 2790k 4.0g 8m r
MSI GAMING GTX 960 4GB OC Twin Frozr-V
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB
MSI Z97S SLI Krait Edition

I've also done the server test with twitch test and found the best server yet I will get a random bitrate drop normally to like 600 and then it goes back up to my normal bitrate which is at 2250 rn and I have gone higher and lower and when Ik my internet and computer can handle higher because when I test my stream with likea 3000-3500 bitrate can it hold it when i test it through twitch inspector except when it does the random drops, I just now looked at a past 6 min stream with 2250 bitrate on twitch inspector and it said that for the whole 6 min it was unstable yet no bitrate drops. And when it drops on my stream it freezes for like two seconds. Please help
