Question / Help Dropping frames BAD

So recently upgraded my PC and moved into a new place, switched internet providers, stream was fine for a week or so, then randomly went life and within about 2 seconds all my frames were dropping, checked my net everything was fine. Changed servers after that, didn't help, tweaked my bitrate from 3500 to 2000 then down to 1250, still dropped frames. Maybe someone could be of some assistance or catch something I am missing?

Log file from a recent stream ^

21:12:39.084: Output 'adv_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 307 (10.6%)

Your internet connection speed is tanking. If it continues then I'd give your ISP a call.

@Joe33345 Gave them a call earlier today told me I had 7-10% packet loss, sending out a tech Monday, but they were saying the packet loss is due to weather. Its crystal clear outside lmao

@Harold I have done the latter, even tested my stream on my second PC which has very similar specs to my current, my ISP came out and said everything was perfect, I am still getting severe frame drop/bandwith issues though. Not sure where to go from here :/
