Question / Help Dropping Frames and stream not going through

I know very little about obs but I want to stream and it won't let me stream and it does this in the bottom corner, and on the stream site it tells me nothing is going through.

I was able to stream in the past with these settings and this has just started happening, here is the log.

To be able to stream to Twitch, it is obligatory that you activate 2-factor authentication in your Twitch account. This is a requirement by Twitch that did not exist in the past.

Hey! I don't think you understood, I've streamed on it in the pass and my stream was showing up on twitch in parts but the stream was dropping frames a lot and uploading very little.
