I have been using OBS Studio for quite a while and have been experiencing this issue every now and then, but lately it feels almost impossible to get a single stream up and running these days. My settings are at 1080p 60fps with 2800kb bitrate. Often times I get a solid green light when I start streaming for the first few seconds, and then it just drops to sub 1000 bitrate and drops the frames all stream. I live in Puerto Rico and I have to stream to the US East, Central and sometimes West servers to be able to avoid this issue. Before you ask, yes I've even tried the south american servers to stream and I get little to no luck with them. I also tried a variety of VPN's to change the trace route my connection has to Twitch Servers. The only one that's worked so far is Hotspot Shield. The rest of the VPN's dont work at all to better my connection to twitch servers, but that one does for some reason. I wouldn't have an issue using a VPN to stream, that is...if it was free -_- but it's not. If you need any files to help me solve this issue I would gladly attach them. In the meantime I will let you guys off with the results i get with Twitch Tester and my computer specs. (Ps. These twitch tester results come out different almost EVERY time I make them.)
