Question / Help Dropping frames and not completed logs?

Hello
I was doing a live stream tonight for about 2 hours and just after I started to get quite high frame drops. Stopped the stream and checked the log by using obs analyzer but just says not a complete log.
Does anyone know why it would suddenly drop frames after that long.

The log analyzer isn't configured for studio logs yet.
Frame drops are internet connection.
 
Oh right ok didn't know that haha,
And ok what would normally cause it to change upload speed is 3.5mbs so set my but rate at 2500.
Also YouTube sometimes says video out put low?
