This past month has been impossible to stream. I have been dropping frames constantly and have done everything in my power to fix the problem. First of all ill give you guys the things i'm working with.

My internet: http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/5795698102

My computer specs: i7 4790k, EVGA GTX 760, 16gb ram. (Mostly stream my PS4 w/ an AverMedia Live Gamer HD)

My stream settings: https://gyazo.com/977d6bf8efff0d2d013c00b8058e6d00 https://gyazo.com/f538b2cd8b15e3f87376a1670e21b139

I took the twitch stream test: http://i.imgur.com/zSSgC7U.png

I have also bought a new router and modem and that didn't help either. I have a Comcast technician coming on Wednesday but I just wanted some opinions before I completely blame my internet when the speedtest is fine. Thanks for the help!

Your Twitch Bandwidth Test results show a quality of 0 across the board. The minimum acceptable quality for streaming is 80. Something is causing your connection quality to be this way. If you can rule out hardware issues (router, modem, cables, network adapters) and software issues (drivers, security software, firmware), then you're looking at an ISP issue. Hopefully the Comcast tech will have some insightful information for you on Wednesday.

Yes. Streaming is less about connection speed and more about connection quality. You need a constant, stable stream of data from one endpoint to the other. The Twitch Bandwidth Test indicates that you have poor connection quality.

@SoWhoYou @RytoEX Some guy called me from Comcast and said it should be fixed. How did they fix without coming? Maybe broken fiber in the area or something. Either way! http://i.imgur.com/7XLRLAr.png

They could have serviced a nearby node that affects your service, or remotely serviced a piece of hardware, or replaced some hardware along your route. Glad the Twitch Test has improved! Can you stream now? Has your dropped frames rate improved?

That sounds like an entirely different problem. @DraB is talking about dropped frames, which is a network problem. I recommend that you make your own thread and include a log.

Call your ISP back and tell them the issue reappeared. Wasn't a tech appointment scheduled for today?
