Dropping Frames All of a Sudden Almost Every Stream

I've attached a log file from one of my streams, hopefully someone can help me understand a little better as to what is happening.
I've been multistreaming with the SE.Live plugin to Twitch and YouTube for nearly a year now and things have been GREAT!

So, I don't know what the problem has been but within the last two weeks something changed, and I'm dropping an insane amount of frames almost every stream. Sometimes to the point where I have to restart the stream multiple times because my stream is just not functional.
My upload speed during these times is still >15Mbps, and I get ~100Mbps on average.
My router is a newer Nighthawk and I'm using the comcast modem in Bridge Mode and things have been working fine until recently.

I actually just ran a Twitch Test.

So, these are my most applicable servers and from what I'm reading on their website is that my Retrans for every single one of the results is very bad, am I getting that correct?

Not just dropped frames, your log is lag city. Rendering lag/GPU overload, encoding lag & lots of audio lag too. Might be a good idea to test without the multi-out.

It took me a bit to find but based on the date of your current network driver, I figured it was stale. Head over to the support page for your mobo & get the latest network driver installed. Get rid of those errors below, hopefully things will start to improve for you.
