Dropping Frame while my pc is capable and using ftth with 100mbps plan

I am suffering from a very serious issue. I have a youtube channel. I have a capable pc and capable internet connection ftth with 100mbps plane.
Some times I can stream without any frame drop for 1hr. and after that it starts dropping frame, I don't knw why.
I did everything to resolve this issue :-
1. Turned Game mode on windows 10
2. Every time I run OBS as administrator
3. Provided outbound rule in my antivirus firewall for obs
4. 30fps and 720p in OBS setting

I did everything.

Please help me
