Dropping FPS

When I go to google and try it look up a remedy for this situation, most of the time, its for dropped frames which I'm not having troubles with anymore since ive adjusted the bitrate. I'm having these random drops in FPS while playing certain games and I'm not too certain in whats causing it. I believe I saw another post with their log and someone was able to assist them with the problem. If theres something else I need to provide to help Id be more than willing considering how irritating the problem is. thanks for reading.

Okay, running through the analyzer as you suggested and im going through the problems as best as I can.
These are the things that I've changed so far: the warnings listed "wrong YUV color range" and "multiple game captures"

The only thing i wasnt able to find a way to fix is "Max Audio Buffering" seems like theres a topic in these forums and they are still having troubles trying to fix it themselves as well and the "0.6 rendering lag" which i assumed is the biggest offender on why im dropping FPS but as im going through my settings and fixing them, the problem still occurs.

would the last couple things i have wrong with the analyzer be fixed by doing a bandwidth test?
Ive already fixed my bandwidth to the twitch suggested amount for my internet speed. from what i understand the rendering lag is gpu dependent is it not? in which case im having a hard time believing its doing so because i have nothing else running other than obs and a game usually.

ok, you internet quality isn't good. You did good lowering the bitrates.
As for the game and fps dropping in it, if you use OBS and the game in the same computer it's an expected behavior this fps drops. Both programs using the same resources stress out the hell of it. And that's why medium and large streamers tend to use 2 computers setup.
Like the analizer states you'll benefit from enabling Windows 10 Game Mode and separating in different scenes the game captures to avoid posible issues.

In game use v-sync ON, as long your monitor is also 60fps as you've set on OBS. If your monitor is 30fps, lower OBS fps to 30. Also don't use things like HDR or other heavy on the GPU/CPU processes.

Then, please, do another test doing as you normaly do in stream. Upload log file and past it here.

oh man this is disheartening, for some reason my internet is now dropping frames again, i dont know if it was something i changed but if its not one thing its the other :/

I know my internet isnt that great but it should at least be able to handle the settings i gave it via the twitch recommendations
