Question / Help Dropping FPS in OBS not ingame

Hi

Im dropping all from 60fps to 12 fps while im streaming. I tried to lower CPU usage, bitrate etc

im streaming from a I7-7700K CPU with a 500Mbit connection

This is a 2-3hour stream. Heres the logfile with
