Dropping FPS in game while using OBS

Hello I'm trying to stream using OBS NDI plugin, almost everything is fine in the OBS on both pcs but I'm dropping a lots of frames in game. From over 100FPS to around 55FPS if anyone can help me fix this issue I highly appreciate it.
gaming pc CPU is an i7-9750H and GPU GTX 1660Ti
streaming PC CPU is i7-3537U and GPU GeForce GT 740M
and I am using around %50 CPU and %50 GPU on my gaming PC. could that be the reason of dropping FPS in game?
thank you

Wait a sec?
The gaming system have a Newest Nvenc Encoding chip that requires "less" load of CPU/GPU to stream out then OBS+NDI required to Grab and send this to streaming PC.

and the streaming PC have 1. Less Power and 2. ~70% of the quality at same bitrate from the gaming PC

its your choice how you do this, but makes not realy sense

and yes that the reason !
and why you use OBS on your main PC send the picture easy over the NDI tools and make the rest on the streaming PC
and when you didnt want any fps drops use a capture card!

so the best way to keep the FPS at over 100 is to use the capture card ?and NDI is not the way to go?
