Question / Help Dropping FPS HELP!

I really dont know what else to say. I'm not "Dropping Frams" but my FPS is dropping and my CPU is boosting really high for what reason I dont know. CoreTemp says CPU is doing fine sitting at 44deg C avg and other then that I don't know what to do or how to move forward.

17:32:32.646: Output 'adv_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 16 (0.0%) --> Minor Network issues


If you want high FPS, try 50
But I recommend better 30 FPS.

So from what you were able to see in the log, its the GPU that's the problem :-(
Thanks you by the way EBrito. Ill give your suggestions a shot for my next stream.

Try Vsync to limit games to 60 FPS, as another option.
