Question / Help Dropping FPS and CPU usage increases over time

This started about 10 days ago and I've been streaming for about 3 months now, almost every day. Basically the problem is that on streamlabs OBS the CPU usage starts going up by every hour I stream, I starts off with 9% CPU usage, then I usually start playing fortnite it's around 15%, then I do some random stuff on google chrome in middle of that it goes up to 22% (I close everything after, and it still stays like that) and then I change to another game and I start getting 30-40% CPU usage that makes my game lag and because of this CPU usage my stream frames drop too from 60fps to bellow 30 fps. Is there a fix to this? I havent changed anything to my PC, only updated nvidia drivers when I started noticing this happens and I have auto updates for streamlabs OBS. Also for some reason when I tab out from fortnite to go on my second monitor to switch scenes or check something the game crashes since like 10-15 days ago.
